Today when playing level 2397 which has 2 piles of cards 'locked' by ropes, even though locked card on the right hand pile was cleared, the rope remains in play and you cannot clear adjacent cards without having a card of the right colour in the right hand card box. You can see the holes on the attached screenshot even though no card is in place.
Hi Kevin, The issue recurred the second time I played the level but I got past it by making sure I held a card of the right colour in the right hand slot even though the card was cleared. I assumed it was a bug in that level.
I'm using version 1.19.314

I appreciate the image and description you shared. Could you please let me know if this seems to be a one time issue in the level or you have attempted the level again and it is recurring?
Also, could you please confirm the game version you have installed of the game?

For the past two days any Disney ad is not granting rewards. When they end, the automatically close, and then you get nothing for the annoyance of watching an ad. US, Candy Crush Solitaire, ads in level, 28 and 29 January various times, all Disney ads are failing (5 so far).
I usually play solitaire on x8, and i get so many dices, more then a hundred per day, and it really gets boring to press "roll" every time for 180 times, i think it would be a good detail and plus for the game, easier way to play more 😊
In the sticker packs it say "new stickers guaranteed in these packs" but it's not giving me any new stickers. This has happened at least twice but probably more times before I noticed.
