Issues with Bubblegum Buddies 🛠️

Hi Solitaire players! The Studio is still working hard on fixing the bug that turned out to be more complex than we first expected. In the meantime, here are a few recommendations from the studio:

Don’t uninstall the game without logging out first. Doing so may reset your progress to 0 when you reinstall and log back in.
If you play on multiple devices, make sure you’re logged out on one device before switching to another to ensure your progress syncs correctly.

We know it’s been a long wait, and we truly appreciate your patience!

The scoreboard and team notifications aren't synched. It shows team players that haven't played and then shows they have contributed which is misleading.

I see many the same players winning rewards constantly, and even now after our team event is over.

The scoreboard has been far from accurate, along with the notifications.

I feel for any team members that didn't get a chance to participate 😔

Is this zeroing affecting how I see my Team's progress? I had 65 yesterday, claimed the 1st reward and now zero today. My Team members may be experiencing the same reset leading me to believe they are not participating. I have used the list of players that are zero to determine their removal. Especially when I see "last seen awhile ago". I question, now, those decisions weeks ago. It is not fair to them

Hi and a warm welcome to the Solitaire community. My event is doing the same thing. I play a level and am able to collect the 1st milestone. When I come back to play again, I am back to zero. I have been able to reach the 2nd milestone after playing over and over, but not the 3rd Milestone.

It wouldn’t surprise me

Hi dear Jack @BQN537 this keeps happening. There is a glitch. My score board has changed many times. Personally I feel it is those constantly reaping the rewards have a big part to play.

My bubblegum buddies is not giving me the rewards.

It says that we have completed the event but there is no way to collect the rewards. It pops up every time I open the game 🤷🏻‍♀️

The Studio has finally identified the root cause of the problem with Bubblegum Buddies and is now working hard on implementing a fix. It’s a complex one, so it’s taking a bit more time than usual, but the team is fully focused on getting everything back to normal as soon as possible.

I completed five levels and then back to zero. Is there a fix for this?

These issues are also happening for me today. Several times the counter has reset to zero after I close/reopen the game.

For two weeks, the rewards for the Bubblegum Buddies event have not been added to my game. When I open the game, only the screen showing the end of the event appears, but not the screen with the earned rewards. I play on my mobile phone and the operating system is Android 14. I'm playing the star tournament and why doesn't bubble gum buddies work with the star tournament I've only had problems with it the last couple of weeks it also did this when I was playing regular levels

This is because the Star Tournament levels do not count towards the Bubblegum Buddies event.

What about the star tournament ? It hasn’t worked for me last week and this week. Very frustrating! And Yes , I already contacted support and did all the troubleshooting.
