I won the weekly prize yesterday but did not receive the rewards. This had been happening in the past but was resolved. I'm currently on level 2690 and will attach screen shot of game version etc.
I have the same issue and I contacted the help center and they never respond, so much for that. Any other ideas?
Thanks for your reply but I am unable to access the Help facility from the game, I assume because I am playing on my tablet not my phone. I've tried searching help via this page for a help topic that relates but nothing relevant comes up. Not sure how to lodge a request for help from here.
