I had an account and was over the 500 level. It said I needed to log in and merge my accounts and I lost it all. How do I get my account back?

it did not work. I am very upset. I have made multiple purchases for coins and extras that I have now lost. What can be done about this? Can’t you look at my purchase to see where they were applied to find my account?

Before anything else, could you try the following to see if the game reconnects to the correct account:
• Log out of the game, close the app completely, then open it again and log back in • Stay connected to the internet and give the game a few minutes to load and sync your progress
Sometimes progress reappears once the game finishes syncing.
If your progress still doesn’t come back after trying this, the next step would be to contact Player Support through the game:
• Open the game • Go to Settings • Tap Help Center • Choose the option related to account or login issues and send them a message
