@rebelchild I'm sorry you had to go through this. It's a good game, they're working hard on it, but lately there's been more and more bugs like this in the game. I hope it gets fixed.
@Makesz I hope you get the star tournament soon. I got stuck on the star tournament. I played over 100 levels and couldn't get out of it. Funny thing was that I was nowhere near the end of the map. I wasn't supposed to have it

The only thing I ask of team members is to be considerate of each other and allow all team mates a chance to participate at least 1 level of bubblegum events. That way everyone can earn the rewards offered by bubblegum events

Hi @rebelchild yes, that's what I noticed too (I had to uninstall CCSOL because it kept crashing and wouldn't load anymore). The good thing is that even the boosters were still there.
The number of coins recovers quickly. In 4 hours you'll notice that the number of free coins has increased again.

Hi @rebelchild I'm not johamilton, but from my own experience, I can tell you that you don't have to start at level 1 if you created an account beforehand (were logged into the game with your email and password).
Install the game, and it will automatically start at level 1, and I think level 2 as well. Then you'll have access to the settings (the gear icon in the bottom left) and can log in to the game. The only downside is that it will take a while before you can collect as many free coins as you did before deleting the game.
Everything else should be back, though: your boosters, your albums, your postcards, etc.
@johamilton by mistake I uninstalled my solitaire game. Is there anyway to get it back??? Or do I have to start from level 1?
