In the sticker packs it say "new stickers guaranteed in these packs" but it's not giving me any new stickers. This has happened at least twice but probably more times before I noticed.
Not only are the shorting us on stickers now they changed it from “new stickers guaranteed” to “new sticker guaranteed” so we spend a week saving up suitcases from not receiving ANY new stickers organically and spend 450 suitcases on ONE NEW STICKER. Gross 🤢

I do not have any problems at all in this one. I got all stickers when opening a legendary pack even one new sticker 🤔
The same thing is happening to me. I am not getting any stickers when getting a suitcase.
My game is at the latest version. This has happened twice over a period time so the game has been restarted lots if times. I think this is a bug in the game.

For the past two days any Disney ad is not granting rewards. When they end, the automatically close, and then you get nothing for the annoyance of watching an ad. US, Candy Crush Solitaire, ads in level, 28 and 29 January various times, all Disney ads are failing (5 so far).
I usually play solitaire on x8, and i get so many dices, more then a hundred per day, and it really gets boring to press "roll" every time for 180 times, i think it would be a good detail and plus for the game, easier way to play more 😊
