In logged in using email and password. Regular crush transferred progress but solitaire didn't. I was pretty far in solitaire too. Thanks

I understand your concern regarding your in-game progress and I will check this for you.
Can you please tell me on which level you were in Candy Crush Solitaire so I can forward that information to our Player Support team?
Along with that, can you please share your User ID? To do that, just open your game and follow these steps:
1- Tap on the Gearwheel icon in the bottom left corner.
2- On the next screen, check the bottom left—your Player ID is the long number below the game version and language.
3- Copy that number and send it over, please.
