Lost My Progress

Hello,

My game was frozen because tog of cards and an advertisement popped up simultaneously. Since I was logged in with Game Center, I assumed my account was saved. I deleted the app and reinstalled, but data was not retrieved and I am back to level 0. I had a lot of coins and was far in levels, any tips on how I could get back? The support won’t help me out, their only response was to check out this page. Thank you!!

Hi and a warm welcome to the Candy Crush Solitaire community.

Lets help you get back to your correct level.  I see you have already reinstalled.  So please play a couple of levels.  Then log out of your game and turn off your device.  Turn back on and log in with your email and password.  Your levels should be showing now. 🤗
