Why does it have 2 active members screens?

It’s usually just 1.

Thanks for flagging this. It could be that it's a glitch with the website. @QueenB could you please check on this?

In the meantime Deal_One, could you please try some troubleshooting steps:

* Try playing in another browser (E.g. if you are using Microsoft Edge for example, then try with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera and vice versa).
* Now make sure that you clear the cache regularly.
* You can also try refreshing your page or playing through incognito mode. 
* Lastly, please temporarily disable any VPN, Extensions, or Adblocker, and check your device’s Security Settings and Firewall.
