tournament levels

Question

I've been stuck in the tournament levels for around 5 months. Why am I stuck there, and not allowed to play the regular levels? I was at level 2201 when the tournament levels began. Can I be removed from the tournament and allowed to continue playing the regular levels?

I understand you'd like to be back at playing the regular levels. Indeed you should have more levels to play, as the current last level for Solitaire is level 5450.

Sometimes this is due to having your game version outdated. Please try to update your game version by following the steps below:

* Close all apps and restart your device:* You may need to tap Restart > Restart.

* Check and update your Android version and the game app
* Temporarily free up space by clearing app's cache. This is a short-term solution. Over time, cached data will build up again. To clear cache, please go to Settings > Apps > {{ticket.brand.name}} > Storage >"Clear cache" *ONLY*
* Make sure that you have sufficient memory on your device. We recommend having at least 2GB free - to check this see this link
