yes I have….still nothing has changed

all I had back from the support centre was an email and a questionnaire asking how they did….erm??? badly was my answer as nothing has chanbed and the game still has not been fixed/updated…

My settings button does not give me any options to report the issue…think I'll just give up

I hope so too…its hard to contact them direct to get it sorted

this is so frustrating…its impossible to play without the updated version and I dont seem to be able to update it myself via computer

I am struggling in the same way…playing via facebook on computer my game has not been updated with the 45 diamonds..so annoying

Has the glitch in this game been fixed yet??? no way can I finish this level as there are simply not enough moves, and I dont have enough boosters!!! so frustrating

Finally got through this level..not sure if it had been tweaked but I suddenly got enough pets to drop..I did have to use a booster..including the one that wipes the board clean otherwise I would have run out of moves…but I got there somehow ..thank you

I have no way of updating the game, so I am assuming I have the most up to date version..it is so frustrating …I shall be patient though and hope it can be sorted x
