Its just freezing? Have you done the usual, log out and close the app etc? Sometimes it might just be that particular video isn't loading, but if you have tried the troubleshooting, we will ask for further suggestions. Can you remind us of the device/version you are playing with please 😊

Hi and welcome to the community. Have you tried clearing cache and cookies? If that didn't work sometimes it's worth trying a different browser.

thanks for getting back to me, have you cleared cache and cookies and cheaper temporary files just to rule that out. Also I'm assuming you checked for updates at the time but it might be worth checking again. We did have some w10 app issues but as far as I know they were sorted.
