There is an issue with Kingdom log ins right now, its possibly related to that? If not, if you log out, then restart your device and log back in, hopefully that will bring everything back π

Hello and welcome to the community. Boosters unlike currency and progress are saved on the device you play on not within the game itself. So unless you purchased any with real money, they cannot be saved. You can however still use them if you have access to your previous device π

hello and welcome to the community, can I ask you how you log into the game? Is it by the kingdom or Facebook? Have you tried logging out then rebooting your device, opening the game and logging back in?

your boosters will have because they are stored on the device you earn them onβ¦ in your device memory rather than the game. But that means you can build them up on different devices. As to the progress though, it sounds like the progress hasn't been saving. So I'll pass this back to the cm too and see if she has any ideas.β¦
