Sometimes it is the simplest thing we do not think of so do not worry. Come back and let us know if it does not work but it hopefully will!

Check for an update and if there isn't one yet, keep checking. Sometimes you have to do it manually as the device does not always update itself automatically as it should.

I don't think we can ask for players to be added as such, but seeing as you have the new format it means as they update, you will get the updates too 😊 So feedback here is super useful!
