Cleaning cache alone should not do that. I do mine often do. It sounds like you are cleaning cookies too. That would do that. Make sure you uncheck cleaning cookies as well as it will be turned on by default 😊

Me too! I am sorry I cannot be anymore help. These things always happen when the team aren't in. I have asked my co-mod as I am sure they did that before, but we might need to wait until next week to find out.

Gayle, while I understand you are frustrated. We are not the studio. The groups that are set are random and are not dictated by the studio. You will need to accept the cookies as you just cleared them. Seeing as the majority of people are playing without issue, its likely to be something on your device that is stopping it.…

Ok. While I understand its frustrating. We are hearing and reporting complaints but it is Easter weekend and the community managers only work office hours. We are unlikely to find out before next week why its gone.

@lisamo You know as much as I do as neither of us have a direct line to the studio. However. It could be because the Petopia event is on. I have a feeling they took it away last time it was on to try and keep issues down.
