They are! You had the 30 gold bars from the winter contest. They can see they went through but they probably sneaked through before you got the pop up. The 20 hadn't gone through for some reason though so they sent those again 🤗

Hiya, have you checked for updates firstly? Which device are you playing on? Can you let me know what you have tried? The bars likely haven't appeared yet due to the lack of connection.

Hi and welcome to the community. Have you checked in the app store to make sure that you have the most recent update? Don't rely on automatic updates. I say that with experiance having just updated 35 apps manually 🤦🏻‍♀️

You need to use the same log in on each device. Welcome to the community 😊

You can get them on the windows app but not on the Facebook version as far as I know.

Thank you, the CM has asked for your player ID as well if that's ok. If you need help finding it, you need to go to the settings cog, choose profile and double tap on the king logo at the top of the screen. Its just that number I need 😊
