Greetings!
It has been almost a month since I'm facing network issues in Farm. Every time I open the game, a message pops up saying, 'Connection Lost!' Because of this I'm unable to claim my daily login reward, can't connect with my in-game team (not sure if I'm even in there team anymore). I can't get updates of new events happening in farm either. However, I'm able to play levels but I can't watch a video for extra moves or free boosters. Usually it used to get resolved on its own, that is why I never reported it, but this time it taking way too long hence I'm reporting this.
Also, I had won a contest here in the community hub (here) and requested the gold bars to be sent in Farm, haven't got them as well.
Moreover, I have tried all the troubleshooting steps but to no avail.
I have never faced any issue in farm this long, hope it will get resolved :)

Which device are you playing on? Can you let me know what you have tried?
The bars likely haven't appeared yet due to the lack of connection.
Hi, yes my game is auto-updated. I'm playing on an Android.
I followed the steps mentioned here:
Ok. What I wouild suggest next is to clear the play store cache AND the farm heroes cache. Log out. Reboot your phone. Wait half an hour before opening the game again and try logging in again.
Are you logging in via the kingdom or Facebook?
Since I don't have Facebook, I play from my King Community account.
I clear cache from all my King games as well as play store once in every week. I cleared cache the day before yesterday. Since there's a network issue the game shows that I'm logged out already. I've also rebooted my phone a lot of times and waited for more than half an hour, but it still doesn't work :,(
But I will try all your suggested steps again though.
P.S. Before coming here in support I had contacted King through the Contact Us option and received an automated mail suggesting me to come in the community itself.
