The studio send their apologies, they know how frustrating it is. The issue is hard to fix as it doesn't affect everyone so they cannot pin point to a specific reason. Everyone gets windows updates, but not everyones game is affected. Do you use windows 10 or 11? Also welcome to the community🤗 Sorry @BradStark they are…

Welcome to the community @gamefanatik which device are you playing on? Sometimes switching log ins helps, so if you play on Facebook and your account is synced with the Kingdom, try logging in with the kingdom. If you only use the Kingdom, try logging out then back in again.
