Hi @mara1380 welcome to the community. The ads feature is still in testing right now which means that not everybody gets its, and those that do, might find they no longer have it while players that didn't have it before, now do. It might be back in the future 🙂

Oh dear that is not good. Did you know if you don't uncheck the companions it uses beans? the best thing to do is contact player support from within your game if you're using a device.
