I had this happen to me once. It was a Jurassic level at the end of an episode and there was some kind of a server error. It probably showed what the level would look like if it was not the special Jurassic level. When I closed and reopened Candy Crush Saga, it showed the Jurassic level.

The main menu screen missing is not faster, the two previous screens just take longer. I also dislike this change because it takes you to the top of the map instead of to the last level played. @QueenB I just got this today. For those of us who like to play old levels, it is horrible. With the main screen, it will take you back to the last level you played. Without that screen, I have to scroll all the way down to get back to the level I want to play. I'd rather have the main screen back in the wrong language…

You need to reply to the automated email letting them know that the issue is not fixed. That should get you a ticket number and (hopefully) a human within 72 hours. Good luck.
