Funny, but my Screensaver keeps urging me to play Candy Crush on my PC. Didn't anyone tell Microsoft that Candy Crush is trying to get rid of PC players?

@SHYRUBY your screenshot shows two pop ups. Try closing the bottom one first. It should then allow you to accept the four hours of lives.

I'm just another player, but some of the usual advice in this situation is to replay level 9721. Sometimes that will fix it.

There are 269 pages of complaints on this. More than any other announcement in Support. The only other announcement in support with more comments is Check Here Before You Place A Comment In Support. I don't think they will be fixing it.

I think they just topped it with the challenge where you give them 100 gold bars and they give you 10.

As the first move it is definitely unfair. They need to fix levels that start with no more moves.

If AI is doing the QA, then I think they need to bring back the humans. Humans are far more creative in finding bugs and explaining to dev how they got the bug. I figured they were just using 'testing' instead of QA. Thanks, MannyFae, that explains a lot.

I do and I'm only in the 2700's.

no, just silver. I should know by now to accept the highly improbable instead of ending up with the impossible. No way I am going to trade a party popper for chocolate bombs, fish, striped + jelly and a lollypop hammer.

@DTinyG1117778 limiting the pop ups isn't a trick it is the correct solution. That would require King fixing it. I just offered how I managed to get around the bug.
