When you go to the FB site on PC and load the game there it comes up as level 1 as well?

If you've already checked for app updates then check your connection to Facebook or Kingdom, might be worth disconnecting and reconnecting to it as the special events are usually linked to being connected to either of them.

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. Even removing the game from Facebook itself doesn't effect any synced progress. If someones plays or logs in to their FB on your mobile, try this out, go into Safari and make sure you are logged into…

Check your connection to either Facebook or kingdom, whichever you use, as the timer is usually linked to it. If not check you've got the latest updates installed.
