If the game app can't be installed then it's either the store or device manufacturer you need to inquire with.

Your game still connected to FB or Kingdom? Might want to check your connection or just log out and back in again, for Sugar Drops you have to be connected in order to collect so I'm assuming it's the same for this maybe.

I highly doubt they would do that, especially considering that this feature hasn't been fully implemented for all yet, it's still in trial from the looks of it. If you don't connect it should start from day 1 again anyway, you'll should still be able to collect prizes.

If you have a color bomb handy, start with that and switch it with a color matching one of the timed-bombs.

Persistence is key when this far along, have a read of the suggestions made on the wiki for this level, apparently it's been said that it's a little bit easier to pass on PC according to some of them. http://candycrush.wikia.com/wiki/Level_1939

Lives do sync but not messages containing lives as those haven't yet been claimed, all messages and boosters get locally stored and don't sync across devices.
