Is the event over yet? In most of the events you generally only get the rewards once it's over.

How do you know it's not your computer and what did you do to rule that out? The game is loading and playing fine for me on my Facebook, if it was the game should it not be the same for everyone else playing on Facebook? Not seen any other posts that mention this so far, or are these posted somewhere else?

This level has candy bombs so it won't end by just reaching the 1st target score, you need to use all of the moves given too. If a candy bomb is about to blow before you've used all your moves = level failed.

What are you playing on? PC, Android, iOS?

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom previously, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up
