On Facebook you can dispute any purchase made, you just need to go to the payments section from your general account settings, select the purchase in question and hit "dispute".

It can't connect to twitter as there's only two log in option available in game, via Facebook or Kingdom. What's your issue exactly?

Yeah I've got that, the button on the left is the usual retry button whereas the one with the clapperboard gives you an opportunity to earn a pre-game booster by watching a video.

If you can, check on Facebook directly to see where you are synced at in the saga. If you appear on level 750 as you should be, you'll know your progress is synced and safe. Knowing that I'd reinstall the game and reconnect to your FB again, that should do the trick.
