Remember that it's a timed level with bombs so the level won't be considered over until the counter has reached 0. If you've reached the minimum score, just let the timer run out otherwise if a bomb is about to blow which you can't stop, it's level failed regardless of the score you achieved.

In order to restore something you need to have a back up of it. If your game was not actively connected to either Facebook or Kingdom, there won't be any back up which can be restored.

Ok so you've already done the general troubleshooting. What device are you playing on? Can you take a screenshot of what you're seeing as I'm not sure what you mean by "I can't see character in candy crush saga".

From what I can see there shouldn't be any water in the updated version, you might need to reinstall your game if that's the case.

First check that non of the time settings on your tablet have been changed (my game got totally messed up once because of this). If you're connected and everything looks normal then you'll probably need to reinstall it

Try this out, go into Safari and make sure you are logged into your FB account from the FB site directly. If you've already done that, clear cache from Safari and try again. When you hit connect in the game it should sign you into that account.

Strange one that, if it flows one way it should also flow the other. If the progress doesn't appear on your PC then it's the game on your iPhone that's failing to upload so that should be the focus. Couple of things you can try, If you have the FB app then I would go make sure you've also got the latest updates installed…
