As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up.

What are you playing on that's crashing all the time, is it your PC or tablet/mobile?

Did you manage to grab a screenshot which shows you'd already collected the ingredients needed?

Do you still see the water in your level?

Having a hard time understanding "when I try to refill lives the it's impossible but actually the amount of my lives decreases?" Could you give a step by step of what your doing in your game in order to work out what's going wrong?
