If you remember your Kingdom account password, you'll still be able to log in to King.com and change your email address there directly.

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up.

It was lowered from 50 to 25 for everyone, it no longer give 50 moves. This has also be confirmed in the wiki: http://candycrush.wikia.com/wiki/Level_2151

Might have something to do with the fact that those device are not recommended anymore. Yeah it's a disappointing but at the same time even Apple themselves no longer support these anymore so it's not a massive shock either.

Simple, don't accept them when you first open the game. Then once you've used your 5 lives you can redeem the lives sent to you one by one. And yeah that's generally the downside to playing on PC, messages don't get stored and any unread message will wiped when the session is closed down.
