You don't need customer support for that, as long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up.

Some event's haven't been released to all but in order to get the ones that are you new to either be connected to Facebook or Kingdom.

A minimum of characters is usually set in order to avoid small posts that don't contain a lot of info. Do you connect to Facebook or Kingdom?

If you were connecting to Kingdom before you should see your progress and items reappear once you log back into it.
