16mb is not a lot of free space, what you need to do is clear some space and give yourself at least 1gb. When you've done that try again and you should see a difference.

Remember it's a timed level, it won't finish if you get over the minimum score and if a candy bomb was about to blow before the time has run out, it's game over.

Were you connecting to Kingdom before you connected to Facebook or did you also never connect to that before?

Nothing gets saved to an email and password, progress and gold bars are synced to either Facebook or Kingdom account. Everything else gets locally stored in order to make it available for when playing offline. You can get boosters recovered but only if they were purchased and provide receipts for.

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. if go to and start playing one of the games you'll see the sign in button. You don't need to go to King.com anyway, if you're playing the game app, you can change your username by tapping the orange "Kingdom" icon in your game settings and do it from there.
