Was it your phone that updated or the game app? Just make sure you've also got the latest updates for the game and also the FB app if you have it and connect the game to your account.

If it's not letting you enter credentials it's probably because it's signing you through the FB app which might not be updated with your new password. First make sure you've got the latest update for the FB app and to log out and back in with your new password in the app directly. Failing that, uninstall the FB and when…

Don't think I've ever seen that kind of info anywhere. I thought the Kingdom level corresponded to the achievements completed from the list such as "Chocolate Shocker, Sweet Combustion, Candy Combiner, etc."

1.5gb is definitely a good and sufficient amount for apps to breathe but If you've already followed the suggested troubleshooting then there's not a lot you can do.
