Do you know how much available space you currently have on your tablet? That doesn't matter, their troubleshooting is the same for all of their games.

If you're playing on a Window 10 PC just download the game app directly from the Windows Store directly. Much better than playing through a browser.

Everything apart from from gold and progress only gets locally stored and doesn't sync to Facebook. The only time I've had and seen boosters replaced for others is when they were purchased.

More than that, don't think I've ever seen new levels added being added less than two weeks apart, and sometimes longer than that.
