Boosters and messages don't transfer as they don't get synced along with progress and gold bars. They stay on the device they were received on so if you still have your old phone handy you'll be able to use them. The only way you can get boosters transferred to a new device is if they were purchased.

Progress doesn't get linked to anything else other than Facebook and Kingdom. As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it.
