If it crashes at the end of the level every time, maybe sync your progress onto king.com play it on there just to get past it and carry on back on your mobile again. It worked for me when I had issues playing Papa Pear sometimes.

Could it be another case of a sneaky candy bomb blowing up and ruining everything?! What does the whole message say at the end of the level?

Do you just play from Facebook? Or do you also play directly from the game app on a device?

What a pain "Key-gate" was! This issue was fixed after a while when they released an update, the key's are falling once again! One of the members here made this video after the level was updated, keep in mind it's still a super difficult to pass! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uH_0qlWSoqM

It should be on your Roadmap Omar, the 3rd icon down from the top right hand side. There you will have the chance to buy new card skins for 10 gold bars. FYI this is only on the mobile app.

If you never connected your game to Facebook or Kingdom, your progress won't be stored anywhere that can be restored, all your progress would have been saved locally on your device.

Not sure if its compatibility issues but seeing as W10 is still pretty new, a few teething problems are to be expected. Chrome has Flash in built and usually automatically updates itself so it should be that if you are using chrome. But if you also use Firefox, making sure you have the latest Flash update wouldn't be a bad…

Since you are playing on mobile the game will have your progress stored locally on the device as well as FB, so if you disconnect your original FB account log in with your new FB account, it will see the local progress as your own and should sync it to your new FB account.
