You must be talking about CC Soda in that case, on iOS the levels only go up to level 450 until the update is released. No idea when exactly, but it should be soon normally as Android have already released theirs.

The goal of level 136 is to collect all orders in 40 moves: 2 color bombs, 1 striped candy+striped candy and 1 wrapped+1 wrapped with at least 30,000 points.

Ah the famous "Captains" hat, it's not a new booster but an avatar accessory apparently. Once you get it it's supposed to sit on top your avatar picture, I don't think it actually has any practical use, as far as I am aware anyway.

Don't worry the levels aren't out for Android yet, 1100 is the current last level. Only Facebook and King.com have it going to level 1130.

Hmm the construction sign should not be there anymore, it should be at level 465 unless you have an iPhone, then it should be at level 450. Have you downloaded the latest update for it?
