It's a pain but yeah it's normal because the update has been rolled out for FB, King.com and Android but as of yet iOS hasn't, it should be come soon though.

If you have an iPad then there's nothing to do until iOS release the update. It should be soon though!

The update isn't out yet for iOS. Your friend must either be playing on PC or an Android device. It should be out very soon though normally :)

King have already released the levels, It's on FB, King.com, Android but iOS haven't rolled it out yet. It should be soon normally though Lena.

It means that the levels are currently in construction don't worry. Though technically the levels are actually ready already and out on FB, King.com and Android, but iOS have yet to released the update. It should be soon though.

What message do you get at the end of the level? A screenshot might be useful if something is out of the ordinary.

That's weird, the levels for mobile have been released so it should normally be available, If your progress is saved to FB or King.com i'd try uninstall the app and install it again.

Yeah the problem has been hanging around for a few days. Apparently it seems to have been fixed, give it a shot and see if it's the same for you.

It's not that the lives are not registering, it's that you can only have a maximum of 5 at a time, period. The way to do it is by only opening the messages when you've ran out of lives and need more, if you open them when you already have a full set of lives, they will be wasted.
