Sorry to hear about that Prasad but If you can't find the download then you'll need to contact the Windows support as it's not an issue with the game itself since it's not installed on your tablet.

As far as I understand it, it's where you will receive information about any current live ops or special events that are going on. But judging from past events, they aren't always rolled out to everyone, you either get it or you don't and there seems to be nothing that can be done about it (as far as I am aware). 

I'm pretty sure level 1015 is currently the "top" level until they release new ones don't worry! 

I've been there Heather, I ended up connecting my game to Kingdom on the off chance it would help and I finally got the tickets I needed! Hopefully it will be the same for you.

I don't think anything can be done about that Muriel, it looks like this new feature hasn't been rolled out to everyone yet, probably still checking everything is running smooth before they do release it to all!

Apart from your problem with the line blaster I'd say It's normal as there are sometimes differences between them as they are completely different platforms. levels are made for PC, then are converted to mobile and tablet platform, sometimes slight tweaks have to be made for that to work so there can be slight difference…

I don't think it's been released to everyone yet as it's a new feature in Pet Rescue. Normally after while it gets released to everyone or the feature is scrapped, I'm optimistic that this will get rolled out to everyone, I guess only time will tell.

I think it's because they are testing the feature as it's new to Pet Rescue so it still hasn't been rolled out to everyone yet. Nothing to do but wait until they hopefully release it for all!

Your level progress is saved when connecting to FB, which is why you are back on the same level, but all items such as booster are stored locally on your device and are not transferable to another. Though if you have made any purchases, you can restore them in the game settings menu.
