Hmmm maybe you need to do some browser troubleshooting as I've been playing candy on King.com without issue so I don't think there's an issue with the site itself. Try playing in a different browser and see if it loads up.

Strange, did you get "Sugar Crush" at the end of the level on both tries? The score won't count if you don't complete the list of ingredients.
