I don't think its the game as I just opened and played 370 a few times and it didn't freeze. Firsts things first, have you cleared your browser cache and history? Next, have you tried to play in another browser, as it's the quickest way to eliminate browser related issues.

Nah there wasn't any need to buy anything, it looks like there having issues again with awarding the boosters but the moderators seem to be taking care of it when you post here. It should only be a matter of time until someone reaches out to you.

This happens because progress is saved on server whereas boosters are device specific and are stored locally. If you've purchased the power ups that you lost then I'm pretty you can claim them back with the receipts you got, no problem.

I'm pretty sure it because the green candy challenge is only available on mobile and tablet devices. Don't think i've ever come across it when playing on PC.

Is there any chance you could share a picture of it? I'm on Android and haven't seen any Candy jars anywhere so I don't think it's because you have an iPhone. Normally you can toggle them on and off with the buttons in the bottom left hand side, that's where they appear for me on Facebook.
