Wow that's quite a leap! Since the level is correct on your Facebook, try uninstalling the app from your tablet and re-install it again. When you first get it running again, tap the option to connect to Facebook and it should be back to normal. Let me know how it goes :)

I thinks it's something like 72 hours or around about that until it unlocks automatically.

Can't say that I've ever come across any news about it, but it is possible that it will eventually be added to Kindle. If I ever come across anything about it I'll let you know!

Does it give you a reason or an error message of some sort? Or does it not even start downloading? I don't know Windows phones very well but I'm sure someone who does will be able to pitch in if I can't find anything.

I found that the most effective way to clear the bottom is to mix a striped candy with a wrapped candy. It's most effective if you can do that before you get the moon struck. If there are no moves on the bottom half at the start, make as many vertically striped candies as possible to open the mystery candies.

It certainly is a challenging level! Only advice I can give is to play from the bottom of the board and try to break the blockers ASAP, combine special candies to break more blockers, sugar keys and time bombs. Once that's done, just focus on crushing the candies near the ingredients to take them fall to the bottom.
