Hi @encantes The pesky pop up box has reappeared after a week where it disappeared! I had hope it was gone for good, but today, there was the screen telling me I had won the Harvest Rush and ofcourse it was followed by the 'oops you've lost your connection'. Which ofcourse I hadn't. Any further ideas

I am thankful for my wonderful family, and the values given to me by my wonderful parents

Hi @QueenB I still have the (very) old version, so it's hard to say what I think about the new version!! I haven't even got the image that @BQN537 shows in the above post I have one that looks like this , this was today And yes, I have the up to date version of the game Hi to teammate @CassD who also has the same issue

Actually I always wondered why they were excluded in the first place, Great idea I have voted but it hasn't appeared on this post

After another day of frustration I did all the fixes again and so far the pop up has not reappeared. Naturally neither have my Harvest Rush rewards (!) but I guess that’s to be expected

Restarted, the game totally froze. Opened it twice more and finally it opened but the oops screen still appears.

Me neither. But maybe someone else can help us
