Restarted, the game totally froze. Opened it twice more and finally it opened but the oops screen still appears.

After another day of frustration I did all the fixes again and so far the pop up has not reappeared. Naturally neither have my Harvest Rush rewards (!) but I guess thatβs to be expected

I don't know what gadget you use to play King's games. Look for information about your gadget on the Internet. If you find information about your gadget on the manufacturerβs official website, then this is the best.
If the manufacturer of your gadget has announced that it will no longer update the software of your gadget, then this will be the gadget's problem, not King's problem. Because King ignores devices on which the software is not updated. King does not update games on these devices either. (Updates come to these gadgets. But it is either not installed on the gadget. Or this update is installed, but does not work correctly.)
I have already completed this βquestβ twice (on an iPad and on an Android).

This is something that helped me awhile back. I had tried all the norm. This doesn't lose your progress or boosters, it worked for rebooting events for me on a number of occasions.
@Racoon7Β there might be a way for you to get. At least if you play on phone. DonΒ΄t know if it works on computer not even sure if it work in all phones. English not my language so not easy to explain.
In my phone I can have the app in the background so when I open the game I come to the mainboard directly. But if I had closed down the app I start with the orange start page.
So can you start your game from the orange start page. If you can then click down to the left and log out. Then you will see a blue button save my game/progress under playbutton. DonΒ΄t click on that. Just click play and play 8-9 levels as a guest it is from level 1. Then close down the game. Start from the orange page again. Open as guest again then you should get a popup saying that you need to accept the terms. Do that. Play a couple of levels as guest. Then close down the game again. Open from start page and click down to the left and log in. If it have worked you should have potato and the event.
You canΒ΄t do this from the mainboard it have to be from the orange start page. I put in picture that shows the orange start page I talking about. Hope you understand what I mean.
This player has helped me. I want to help too, so wanted to suggest trying this. This was for a specific cropsie event. It rebooted the system and it worked. Maybe this will help you, I really hope so π

Just waiting for next week when the King staff is on duty. At the moment there is only your complaint about the Harvest Rush.

The pesky pop up box has reappeared after a week where it disappeared! I had hope it was gone for good, but today, there was the screen telling me I had won the Harvest Rush and ofcourse it was followed by the 'oops you've lost your connection'. Which ofcourse I hadn't.
Any further ideas
