There are no moves possible but the game has not detected this

Level 213 diamond diaries I cannot make any moves but no shuffle occurs.

    Hi James! 

    The smallest link is 3 of the same color so can it be that you're missing out one? I wasn't able to reproduce issues with the reshuffling but did think couple of times that there wasn't any available links although there was in the end. 

    Be sure to keep your game app also up to date in case there's some improvements made on the latest updates.

    I have also experienced a case on the same level where it doesn't shuffle, but I can't make a move. I have clicked all the possible elements (and even tried dragging) but none had more than 2. The blues on the middle left look like they could be, but they don't. I'm attaching a screen shot if that helps. This is a great game! I am absolutely addicted. :)

    Does this happen frequently or on a certain level? Could you also check if you have any updates for the game app

    It only happened the one time. I have encountered other cases where I thought it was that way, but it usually involved elements off the screen I couldn't see connected to ones I could see. But it would typically flash to let me know where I could click. Thanks for replying. It is a puzzler...  :confused:

    I'm playing on Windows (Facebook), so I don't know if updates make sense in that case.
