I have completed two jewels and can't receive my gold bars.

Every time I try to claim my gift it says "The gift is ready but something went wrong".  It's been happening ever since the last jewel I collected.

We'll pass these onto the game studio, I'm sure this helps with the investigation. Could you do me a favor and see if you can get around the error message if you open the game with another browser?

In any case I have added some Gold Bars to your game so you have not missed any items.

I tried in another browser but it appears my gifts are gone in that and my original browser.  However I now have 34 gold.  Thanks!

The gifts came back but are still not clickable.

So, now I have 3 gifts I can't open.  This is becoming a problem.

I am having the same problem with my game. Every time I try to open my gifts I get the same error message. I have also tried playing on different browsers, but I still have the same problem, and I'm running out of gold.
