Game will not load on laptop windows 10

Have no problem loading other King Games but Diamond Diaries goes through opening and then just sticks on a page that says "Loading" between two gold bars. Have tried Chrome and Firefox and cleared cache

Hi @pancho1 and welcome to Community

Could you double check if you can load the game with incognito / private window? You can open such a window by right clicking on the browser icon on your desktop or from the browser settings which you can find from the right top corner of your browser.

Thanks for trying but having tried incognito in Chrome and private in Firefox the problem still remains

Thanks for checking though! If you're still having trouble could you add a screenshot of the game trying to load, please? 

Try adding the whole screen into the picture.
