Games shutting down and more....

Good evening everybody,
I am playing level 953. When I have played a level  I have to start again. 
It doesn't matters if I won or lost the game.
But level 953 is a difficult one. I beat it twice but I can not go to level 954.
What is wrong with this game. I use a iPad air.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  I am not sure what is happening and why you are not able to get to level # 954!!

Thank you for the answer. I Uninstalled DD and downloaded again. After the third time beated nummer 953 I could go to the next level. But the shut down after playing or even when I am playing is going on.

I see you unistalled the app and download it again, so let's try something else. 
Could you please try if you can play on other levels below 953? Is the game still shutting down even on those lower levels? 

On the other hand, could you please tell me the model and iOS of your device? 
To find this, follow these steps: Settings > General > About > Make a note of the “model” and the “version”

Hallo Queen Raffy,
I tried a lower level. Now I'm at 957. Two times it went well.  But  then everything fell out again.
Now I tried level 957 very often. I' m almost at the finish line, I want to use a hammer.
Tap and yes, start over again.
So I never reach level 965.

I use: iPad Air   12.4.1
          iPhone SE 12.4.1

It is the iPad Air 3.

Thank you! Tho, I was asking for the exact model. Just in case, here you have the way to see it again: 
Follow these steps: Settings > General > About > Make a note of the “model” and the “version”
It should be something like: MD543TY/A

On the other hand, I need to confirm that you have tried the troubleshooting you can find here

Before I asked for help I tried the options I found in the community app.
I don't want reïnstall the game.
I have over 15 GB free so that's not the problem.
The model number: MD789HC/B
