Why am I not getting my rewards

After I passed 25 levels it says awaiting results. I have since passed another 8-10 levels. Its been 3-4 days and still says awaiting results

I've talked with the Studio and they are investigating on the issue you reported
However, Could you please tell me if you are still experiencing this issue?
Also what app version are you using?

1) Are those the Gold Bars that we receive after collecting certain number of Diamonds?
2) Are you talking about the rewards after winning the "Episode Race"?
3) Is it something else?
