I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  Can you please explain what "Rewards" have you not received?  

1) Are those the Gold Bars that we receive after collecting certain number of Diamonds?
2) Are you talking about the rewards after winning the "Episode Race"?
3) Is it something else?

User ID 8059461091. Its when you get team mates to pass 25 levels. I've passed 25 levels a lot and always got rewards and I'd get new teammates and it started over now all it does is say awaiting results and I've passed a few more levels since. I have a screenshot

Same here and not getting any help I am on fourth day of the same thing your having a problems with

I've talked with the Studio and they are investigating on the issue you reported 
However, Could you please tell me if you are still experiencing this issue?
