Stuck in Level 972

When I opened the game, it immediately asked me to claim the gold bar, then I hit "Play", it go to the screen and I am trying to hit 972 which I am playing but failed, the screen go to the "Claim rewards" but all the time when I hit to claim, it will go to my desktop, repeat and repeat, I can't continue the level.

I should tell you that I am playing from my I-pad which I download the game and connected with facebook, so nothing related to the browser.

Ah, ok. Since you said "it will go to my desktop" I assumed you were playing on pc

Could you please tell me the model and version of your device as well as the game app version? To find this, follow these steps: Settings > General > About > Make a note of the “model” and the “version”

Model is MD510LL/A

I already fixed it. I deleted the app and restore so the game can run again. Thank you.
