I am sorry to hear about the issue with the feature -- "Trader's Chest"!
Can you please explain more about what's happening? What did you mean by "diamonds are not "collecting"?
We are supposed to collect only one colored Charms, with which our key is made. And we will trade that with other players to open the Chest.
Can you show me a screenshot of the box you are given? Which colored charms are you supposed to collect?
Is it the first time, you have received this event?
If you can provide this information, I will be able to understand the issue and assist you further 👍️
