Oh! Friends permissions' notification is access your friends list that your friends will be appeared back, also sent and asked your lives and you receive your notifications on this game with connecting your Facebook / Kingdom account. 😊

When you click on No, you just ignore this notification but I think it keep getting this notification in this game.

I can't open level 1834, the game crashes every time I try. I have try everything recommended, and I have enough memories on my phone, but it still doesn't work

My game keeps crashing when trying to load level 1839. This is happening on my new Pixel 8 and on my old Moto G Power 2020. All other levels up to that point play fine.

I've already tried (on my Pixel 8):

Force stop and clear cache
Close all apps, restart phone
Power off phone, wait over 10 minutes
Uninstall Diamond Diaries, reinstall

Nothing is working . I have no other apps running.

Phone has 8 GB RAM, 91 GB free space, battery at 100%.

Please advise. Don't know what I'll do without my daily diamond hunting!

If you have purchased gold bars but haven't received gold bars, maybe you can click this link to read and follow troubleshooting steps of problem with your purchase on any device that I hope this helps. (This solve discussion by Community Team) 😉

If you still cannot purchase gold bars while showed Internet error, maybe you can try again to use Internet connection (strong WiFi or mobile data) then you click to purchase gold bars again that I hope this helps! 😉

Thanks for trying to help but that is not the problem - I can get through all the security to pay with Paypal but the game won't connect to Facebook to complete the purchase the page just hangs - I have spoken to FB but the problem is not their end, it is the game itself they think

Whenever I try to start level 320 (which is level I am on) the app crashes.

Troubleshoots I have already done:

Uninstall and reinstall the app to clear the data
Updated iOS version to the latest (17.4.1)
The app is up to date (I was already using the latest version when this started happening)
Reset my phone

Information about my device:

iPhone, iOS version 17.4.1

So far nothing helped so I won't be able to progress on the game. And I will lose the birds challenge :(

My game is just going straight back to my Home Screen on my iPhone,

The game will load, but as soon as I press play it just goes straight to the Home Screen of my iPhone.

I just tried to play an older level and that was fine but still won’t let me play my level.

Any suggestions?🤷🏻‍♀️

The same happened to me while stuck on level 320, that won’t open but crashed the app. I also lost all my boosters while troubleshooting (uninstalling and reinstalling the app) and trying to solve the issue :(

If you can’t solve the issue with level 320 could you please put me on level 321 then? 🙏🙏 And would you also please give me some golden bars and boosters as compensation? 🙏

I can play all other levels. But launching 4234 crashes the game and it turns off. I downloaded latest version. Have most recent iOS version and have hard rebooted the iPhone. I do not want to lose my significant booster stockpile. There has to be something else I can do. Any advice?

Another thing I noticed today when I tried to play the game is I have a traders chest.

So it’s like the game knows I am there but I can’t play it.
